This is a nice accessory for your hitch to make sure that it doesn't get bound up with any kind of dirt and debris. A lot of times when you leave that hitch open to the elements, there can be a buildup of rust or dirt if you're going off road and maybe get a little rough and tumble with that hitch. So this helps to protect that, keep any kind of debris from building up on that hitch. And it makes it a lot easier whenever you go to put something else in there, like a bike rack or a ball mount or some other hitch mounted accessory.So let's take a closer look at this and make sure that it's going to be the right one for you.
Again, this is for the Winnipeg Jets. So if that's your team, this should be a great way to show your support for that home NHL team. Now, the way that this is going to fit into your hitch fits into a two inch by two inch hitch opening. It's got this little clip here, it's just this kind of a V-shape clip inside. So it's going to spring between the hitch pin holes and hold that in place.
You can get a very small padlock to go with this to protect it, if you want to. You just need to find one that has a eighth inch shackle bolt diameter.You can find those here at etrailer.com. Or you can take this whole piece out and replace it with a standard hitch pin and clip or locking hitch pin. Those are also sold separately here at etrailer.com. But you can just use it as is, you don't have to buy anything extra to make this work.
So it's kind of if you want to upgrade it or have that extra accessory. As far as the overall measurements of the outer face here. It's about six inches wide and about three and a half inches tall. It is made of a durable ABS plastic.So it should be pretty resistant to any kind of wear and tear. And again helps to keep that hitch protected from any buildup of water or dirt getting in there and causing rust.

Unfortunately, the logo fell off while I was driving last week and it is no longer attached to the hitch cover!
This is the second time I’ve ordered this Jets cover. Someone obviously liked it so much that they stole it off our vehicle so I wanted to replace it as it’s a great way to show support for the Wpg Jets!! Great product!!
Looked nice at first. It wrecked after a few months of use. Very cheaply made
Looks great on my car. Made of pretty cheap plastic but it was inexpensive. The only thing I don’t like is the latches to hold it in the hitch are too far back, so I can’t actually use them. If I used the hitch cover, so the latches fit with the holes, the hitch cover would be poking out a couple of inches.

Another great product from etrailer. Super communication from the staff! The receiver cover fits perfectly and has a removable hitch clip if you want to remove it and install a lock. I only recommend getting the Avalanche logo because, no matter the Avs record or where they are in the standings, they really are the best team in the NHL. :)

Looks great! I just hope it lasts as it’s a decal stuck on a plastic mount. I know it wasn’t super expensive, but I think I’d prefer it to be something more durable. We’ll see how it goes.

Fast Shipping and Nice receiver cover did not care for the supplied plastic hitch clip as I could pull cover right off of receiver so I used a large plastic ty-wrap so cover could not be stolen easily
